2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to general use of the website and to enquiries, bookings and purchases made through links, forms or third-party booking tools connected to the site.

Certain services may also have additional or more specific terms, including intensive training, courses, workshops, programmes, mentoring, group work, or other professional services. Where a specific service page or booking flow includes additional terms, those additional terms apply alongside these Website Terms. If there is a conflict, the service-specific terms take priority for that service.

3. Website content and permitted use

Content on this site is provided for general information about coaching, training, teaching and related services. Use of the site must be lawful and must not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.

Users may view pages, download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Users must not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except where the law permits this without consent.

4. Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website content current and accurate, but no guarantee is given that all pages, descriptions, dates, prices, availability, links or downloadable materials will always be complete, current or error-free.

Services, pricing, dates, formats, locations and availability may be changed, updated or withdrawn at any time without notice, subject to any legal obligations already owed in relation to confirmed purchases or bookings.

6. Bookings and purchases

Bookings may be made through linked scheduling or booking pages, and payment may be taken online or by other agreed methods where offered on the relevant service page.

A booking or purchase is only confirmed once the relevant booking system has accepted it and, where applicable, payment or deposit requirements have been met. The business reserves the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel bookings where this is reasonably necessary, including where payment is not authorised, where a listing contains a genuine error, or where a service becomes unavailable.

7. Prices and payment

Where prices are stated on the site or booking pages, they are stated in good faith and may be changed before a booking is confirmed. The Estill course page currently states that prices are quoted in GBP, may be paid in another currency, and may in some cases be paid either in full or by a holding deposit with recurring payments for the balance.

By paying with a credit or debit card, the purchaser confirms that they are authorised to use that card. Card payments may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If payment authorisation is refused, the order will not be accepted.

Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. The site currently identifies Stripe as the payment gateway used for relevant transactions.

  • Cancellation of 4 weeks or more before the course receives a 90% refund
